Three small businesses have filed plans to finish out storefronts along University Drive (U.S. 380) in Prosper, according to state construction records registered between Oct. 6 and Oct. 9.
Tutu School
A ballet studio for young children is planned in the Westside Shopping Center at 5600 W. University Drive. The project, logged Wednesday, Oct. 7, by the state's Department of Licensing and Regulation, covers a $92,000 finish-out of a 1,254-square-foot leased space with an open dance floor, a reception area, an office and an accessible restroom. Work is scheduled from Nov. 1 to March 1, 2027.
The studio will be a Tutu School, and the brand's Prosper page lists the address as Suite 90 at the same center. Classes there run from baby ballet for infants as young as 6 months, with a caregiver taking part, through ballet prep for children up to 8 years old, according to the site.
The page says classes are built around the stories of classical ballets.
Armanious Family Dentistry
Nearby, at 5720 W. University Drive, Suite 40, a filing registered Tuesday, Oct. 6, describes a $294,490 interior finish-out of 1,979 square feet for Armanious Family Dentistry. Work is scheduled from Oct. 30 to Jan. 29, 2027. Both West University addresses are in the Denton County part of town, according to the records.
