This recognition highlights the strength of the local job market, which is significant for residents of Prosper, located about 31 miles north of Dallas.
The 2026-2027 edition evaluated around 3,900 companies across various sectors, assessing them on factors such as pay and benefits, work-life balance, job stability, and opportunities for professional development. Notable Dallas companies on the list include Texas Instruments, Southwest Airlines, and the American Heart Association, among others.
Irving follows with 13 companies, including Kimberly-Clark and Caterpillar. Plano has five representatives, while Fort Worth is home to two recognized firms.
