Texas A&M edge rusher Anto Saka has been recognized on The Athletic's 2026 "Freaks List," an annual compilation of college football's most exceptional athletes, as announced by the school. This list, created by Bruce Feldman, highlights remarkable athletic testing numbers reported by strength coaches and programs, focusing on raw physical ability rather than on-field performance.
Saka, a graduate student from Baltimore, stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs 255 pounds. He wears jersey number 14 and transferred to Texas A&M from Northwestern. He is part of a talented defensive line that includes fellow transfer Sam M'Pemba, who is 6-foot-3 and weighs 257 pounds, coming from Georgia as a redshirt junior. Feldman characterized Saka as the most extraordinary athlete within this gifted group.
The Freaks List was published during Texas A&M's Fall Camp, with the Aggies set to kick off their season on September 5 at Kyle Field. The university did not disclose Saka's specific ranking on the list.
