Prosper Christmas Festival features ice skating, drone show, and free family photos

The Prosper Christmas Festival is scheduled to offer a variety of holiday activities for residents, including an ice-skating rink, live entertainment, and a finale featuring a Prosper-themed drone show. The event is free of charge, with costs covered by sponsor support.

Attendees can visit Santa’s Workshop, where free family photos are available. The festival also includes an Adopt-an-Ornament program, featuring handmade ornaments created by Prosper ISD elementary art students. A central part of the celebration is the annual Community Tree Lighting.

Lighted exhibits will showcase local sponsors, businesses, artisans, and nonprofit organizations. Visitors can stroll through the event to find giveaways, resources, unique gifts for sale, holiday crafts, sweets, and cookie decorating stations.

The city describes the event as a celebration with holiday fun around every corner. For more information, residents can visit the event details page at prospertx.gov/christmasfestival. A design link is also available at https://www.canva.com/design/DAHWO18UWyg/Xamm-_i0IdaCbIaHhzZdBA/edit.
