Milton became a free agent after going unclaimed on waivers. Howell expressed his commitment to the team, stating, "The job doesn't stop now," as he prepares to maintain his role behind Prescott.
In addition to Milton's return, the Cowboys have made other roster moves, including the addition of running back Emari Demercado, who was signed off waivers from the Kansas City Chiefs. His former coach, Andy Reid, praised Demercado's skills in pass protection and his ability to find running lanes effectively.
The Cowboys also celebrated Camden Brown's inclusion on the final roster, which he discovered in an unconventional manner via social media. Brown has garnered attention as a fan favorite during training camp and the preseason.
