Dalton Schultz, a key player for the Houston Texans, did not play in any of the team's three preseason games. Schultz is coming off a strong 2025 regular season, where he achieved a career-high 82 receptions and recorded 777 receiving yards, his best performance since 2021 with the Cowboys.
With fellow receiver Jayden Higgins sidelined for the entire 2026 season due to a knee injury and Tank Dell starting the season on injured reserve, Schultz and Collins are expected to be primary targets for Stroud in the upcoming games.
