Dallas had seven seconds to celebrate its tying kick before Baltimore answered with a game-winning field goal. After Brandon Aubrey's 23-yarder made it 31-31, Lamar Jackson connected with Zay Flowers for 27 yards and called timeout with one second left.

Tyler Loop then converted from 56 yards as time expired, giving the Ravens a 34-31 win Sunday at the Maracanã in the NFL's first game in Rio, before an announced crowd of 72,792.

Jackson completed 15 of 20 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns. Derrick Henry ran 26 times for 89 yards and two scores, while rookie tight end Matt Hibner caught a 2-yard touchdown pass with 1:30 remaining to put Baltimore ahead 31-28. The Ravens improved to 2-1, and Loop also made a field goal earlier in the game.

Dallas opened with a 10-0 lead on Aubrey's 28-yard kick and Javonte Williams' 2-yard touchdown run. Baltimore led 24-13 late in the third quarter, but Dak Prescott's 19-yard touchdown pass to Jake Ferguson, a two-point connection with CeeDee Lamb, and KaVontae Turpin's 9-yard fourth-quarter score put the Cowboys ahead 28-24. Prescott finished 25 of 40 for 276 yards and a touchdown.

Williams had 98 rushing yards, and Lamb caught seven passes for 112. Dallas fell to 1-2.
