A large Prosper estate previously owned by former Dallas Cowboys cornerback Deion Sanders has been sold for $4.5 million.

The property, known as The Montclair, is located at 1400 Copper Point Dr. It includes about 29,000 square feet of living space on close to 6 acres.

Sanders had the home built in 1999, at the conclusion of his five seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He sold the property in 2014.

The estate was put on the market in April 2025 with a $5.5 million asking price. That price was later adjusted to $4.9 million in December 2025, and the sale was completed on July 31.

The home has nine bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. Features listed for the property include a two-lane bowling alley, a barbershop, a fitness center, a theater room, a pool, an indoor basketball court with the Sanders quote "You Gotta Believe" on the wall, and a custom two-story closet measuring 3,000 square feet with a glass walkway.
