A Prosper mansion once owned by Deion Sanders sold at the end of July to Ervin Singh and Pooja Sharma, according to county records cited by yahoo.com. The property is at 1400 Copper Point Drive and spans 29,220 square feet.

Sanders, a Pro Football Hall of Fame member who is now head coach at the University of Colorado Boulder, had the residence built in 1999. He sold the mansion and 109 acres in 2014 to developers, and the house is now on almost six acres after nearby residential and retail development.

Zillow showed the latest asking price at $4.995 million, after the property entered the market in April 2025 at $5.5 million. Heather Stevens with The Agency Frisco held the listing. The reported sale price was not provided. County records show Singh and Sharma, who are married, received a $3.92 million mortgage from Preston Investment Group LLC, which was the seller.

Stevens previously said the prior owner bought the estate in 2022 with renovation plans but did not live there, leaving Sanders as the most recent resident. The listing described the house as ready for restoration. The Collin Central Appraisal District valued it at nearly $5.3 million for tax purposes, with a value protest set for later in August.

Zillow lists nine bedrooms, plus 10 full baths and two half baths. The primary suite has a kitchenette, laundry area, built-in jetted spa and a two-level custom closet of about 3,000 square feet. Other indoor features include a theater, indoor pool, bowling alley, basketball court, sauna, steam shower and gym.

Outside, the home faces an 8-acre pond and has a dock, pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment area. The garage has 14 bays, including two larger spaces for an RV or yacht. Sanders played for the Dallas Cowboys from 1995 through 1999 and won two Super Bowls during his NFL career, including Super Bowl XXX with Dallas over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
