Dick's Sporting Goods in Prosper is hosting a customer appreciation event this weekend that includes a free autograph signing with former Texas baseball player Ian Kinsler. The session is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the store located at 700 Richland Blvd. The event is open to the public at no cost.
To participate in the signing, attendees must obtain a wristband. These bands will be distributed to the first 150 people in line starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The queue will form indoors near the store entrance. Each customer is limited to one autograph, and Kinsler will only sign cards provided by the store. Outside items are not permitted for signatures.
In addition to the player appearance, the store is running a two-day mystery gift card giveaway. The first 100 customers in line on August 29 and August 30 will receive a mystery gift card. One card each day has a top value of $500.
