Frisco, about 6 miles south of Prosper, is weighing how to continue growing as its available land becomes more limited.
Newly elected Mayor Mark Hill said the city should pursue corporate investment more aggressively while taking a more deliberate approach to what gets built. He also identified infrastructure needs as part of the challenge facing Frisco as development continues.
Hill said Frisco’s highly educated workforce could help preserve its standing in economic development. The Business Journals reported on his discussion of the city’s next growth phase, including the need to balance further expansion with less available space.
