Prosper officials have given the green light to a 54-acre project featuring a comprehensive racket sports complex. The initial phase will deliver 10 indoor and 14 outdoor tennis courts, plus 10 indoor pickleball venues. The facility will also include swimming pools, a fitness center, yoga and cycling studios, a pro shop, and dining options that serve alcohol.

A tennis academy, directed by a former Southern Methodist University coach and ex-professional player, will operate on-site to draw participants from across North Texas. Future stages of the development plan to add retail spaces, restaurants, office buildings, a hotel, and an event center.

Infrastructure improvements include a new road linking FM 1385 and Parvin Road to manage increased traffic. Construction of the first phase is estimated to take 12 to 18 months, with the entire project expected to be completed within three to five years depending on market conditions.
