The Gents Place Prosper has scheduled its official grand opening for Thursday, August 27, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at 1081 Gates Parkway, Suite 100, in Prosper, Texas 75078.
Co-owners JD and Shenna Lawless, who are U.S. military veterans and long-time North Texas residents, will lead the celebration. The couple established the location after JD joined the Frisco branch of the brand, an experience that motivated them to expand the concept to Prosper.
The venue operates as a luxury barber and business club, offering services such as haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, head shaves, and hand care. The facility also includes private spaces intended for business meetings and professional networking.
Shenna Lawless stated that the goal was to create an environment where men can maintain their appearance while building relationships. She noted that Prosper values growth and leadership, which aligned with their vision for the club.
JD Lawless added that the brand focuses on helping individuals connect and recharge. He described bringing this model to Prosper as a meaningful step for his family.
The grand opening event is designed to introduce local professionals and community members to the new location. The club plans to host additional business networking events and other experiences to facilitate professional connections in the area.
