Vitality Bowls, a health-food café chain specializing in açaí bowls, smoothies, and salads, opened its newest location in Prosper on August 31. The new café is situated at 201 W Frontier Parkway, Suite 40, within the Victory Shops at Frontier complex. This opening represents the 12th Vitality Bowls site in Texas and contributes to a network of more than 70 locations across the United States.
The Prosper branch is led by local entrepreneurs Fola Popoola and Isah Yusuf. Popoola, described as an experienced franchise owner and finance professional, stated that the pair identified an opportunity to introduce nutritious meal options to the area while integrating into the local community. The team aims to provide quick, healthy meals using clean, high-quality ingredients.
To mark the grand opening, the café offered specific promotional deals. On August 31, customers received a buy-one-get-one-free offer on all açaí bowls. From September 1 to September 2, the promotion extended to a buy-one-get-one-50-percent-off deal on any menu item.
Tara Gilad, Co-Founder and President of Vitality Bowls, expressed confidence in the new leadership team. She noted that the brand is committed to nourishing communities and believes Popoola and Yusuf are well-equipped to serve Prosper residents and neighbors with the company's nutritional offerings.
The menu features items such as the Superfood Bowl, which includes acai, pitaya, almond milk, organic granola, cacao nibs, and goji berries. Another option is the Chimichurri Steak Wrap, containing super greens, grass-fed sous-vide steak, grains, radishes, and a tomato basil tortilla. The brand emphasizes its use of antioxidant-rich superfoods to support guest energy and revitalization.
