Prosper, Texas, is the named recipient of an $8,193.72 third-quarter child-safety-fee payment in Collin County’s September disbursement records.

The town’s entry is check 565830, dated Sept. 17, 2026. Commissioners approved the payment list Sept. 28 through Court Order 2026-1077-09-28.

The county’s fiscal 2026 fee schedule lists a $1.50 child-safety charge on vehicle registration. Texas law provides for part of that revenue to be distributed among municipalities by population after permitted county deductions.

For Prosper residents, the record establishes the town’s listed share and its stated purpose. It does not name a town project or show how Prosper ultimately spent the payment.
