Proposed Building Use

The Prosper Town Council will consider and act on a request to utilize two existing temporary buildings. The structures are intended for church administration purposes.

Approval would cover a period extending through August of 2028.

The proposed site is located at St. Martin de Porres, Block A, Lot 2R. The parcel encompasses 39.8± acres.

The location sits 315± feet north of University Drive and 870± feet west of Teel Parkway.

Public Comment Procedures

Residents may address the Council on any agenda topic by completing a Public Comment Request Form. Speakers must present the form to the Town Secretary before the meeting begins.

Individual comments are limited to three minutes. Multiple individuals may yield their time to one appointed speaker, who will face a combined limit of 15 minutes. All participants must attend the meeting.
